cross-hair feature

Mark,

I don't know if this has been requested before, but I think
it would be handy to have a "cross-hair" mode, where the mouse
is locked to the price curve and snaps between data points.
(A readout of which point it's on would also be nice)

I'm always trying to guesstimate the price and/or the date on
which it occurred and I'm too lazy to bring up the edit_all_data
window and scroll to the right date.
