: : Mark,
: : I just downloaded your program yesterday and am still trying to decide if it's what I need. I was fooling around with a stock that has split, and none of my markers match up to the graph price. When I point to the marker, the correct info on that transaction is given, but the marker is always plotted on the wrong price. I tried split adjusted on and off. I also tried downloading historical and adjusted historical, nothing works.

: Jim,
: Thanks for evaluating FM. If you actually have recorded the split
: transaction, then you would want to import your historical data with
: "Yahoo (Historical)", not the adjusted one, as this would be adjusting it
: twice. Any transactions you have recorded should be recorded as they
: occured on the date of the transaction. Which graph type are you using?
: If you still are unable to get a correctly positioned split marker please
: e-mail us the investment file, and we can take a look.

: Thanks,
: Mark

Thanks for your prompt response. I don't think I communicated my problem well. My split marker is fine, but the buy and distribution markers are all placed at the wrong prices (example: buy at $20, marker text says $20 but marker is placed at $50). The actual historical price download looks correct.

I'm wondering if I screwed things up by inputting all my buy and distribution transactions prior to downloading the price history?
