: Thanks for your help thusfar. I guess what I really want to do is graph the portfolio's ROI vs the S&P 500 or NASDAQ. I would like to able to look at results YTD, Last Year, 2Years ago. Basically I want to see how well I am doing against the averages.

Hi Michael,
To compare your portfolio against an index, use the "Portfolio/Investment(s)
Overlay" graph type. Please select "Help/Help on Graph..." from within this
graph type to see a description of how it works. The intention of this
graph is just as you described, to compare your whole portfolio against
an index, or a few select investments.

: Also in the ROI yield reports is there a way to set the dates so that it returns YTD, Last Year, etc. instead of 3M, 6M, etc.

No, within a single report, all yields are referenced to the end date of that
single report. You could create multiple reports though. If you only want
1 time length, ending different periods, you might want to use multiple custom
reports.
