Sorry, no. You can only open 1 investment at a
time with "File/Open Investment...". You can
open as many as you want at once with a portfolio
of course, but for the first time to create
your portfolio you must open them one at a time.

BTW, FM 4.0 will support opening multiple
investments from the "File/Open Investment..."
command.
