Adjusting Buy/Sell Prices Historical Splits

Is there a way to automatically adjust my buy and sell prices for splits when I retrieve historical quotes? I have tried Yahoo(Adjusted Historical)Quotes with "View Split Adjusted" both on and off but when I view a graph, my buys and sells have not been adjusted and they are off the graph.
