FM4.1 Portfolio Cost-Value redraw

Hi...Mark,

The Portfolio Cost-Value graph is now redrawn very
slowly. I have to watch the program redraw the value
line across the screen. Did you tell the display
driver not to use any acceleration functions for this
particular graph? Other graphs seem to be fine.
