Portfolios can now optionally store your reports.
You can close these reports, and then re-save
your portfolio if you don't wish them to re-open.
You can also turn off this feature
entirely from under a Reports menu choose:

"Options/Report Preferences/General"

and turn off the "Portfolios Store and Recall Reports"
option.
