Sounds like you're internet connection
isn't set up quite right... Here is what 10051
means:

WSAENETUNREACH
(10051)
Network is unreachable.
A socket operation was attempted to an unreachable network. This usually means the local software knows no route to reach the remote host.

Please make sure you are connected to the internet,
and that your settings under "Options/Internet
Settings..." are correct. Please let us know
if you still have troubles. In that case, please
provide more details, such as your OS, type of
internet connection, if you can connect
to these servers with your browser, etc...
