To ensure adequate accuracy when converting between currencies
the conversion can be made two times. This turned out to be necessary
for currencies like the Austrian Schilling (ATS) which has a relation
13,7603 ATS = 1 EUR. Thus the conversion factor would be 0.0729767.
As only 4 digits behind the decimal point can be input in fmscale
these would be 0.0729.

So in a first step use a factor multiplied by 100 or 1000 (in my case
I used 72,9767) to convert to EUR and then in a second step do the
conversion a second time with 0.01 or 0.001 (I tokk the latter).
