The new "Edit/All Data..." dialog is using
a new list control, which has some nice features,
but is also slower in loading data than the previous list
box. When updating prices you don't have to
do it from "Edit/All Data...". You can also
just call up the price update dialogs from
"Edit/Update Prices".

Hope to add some improvements similar to the "+"
and "-" that was there before...
