Hi Sharad,
Sounds like you'll want to use the "Edit/Update Price/Import - Generic..." command. Assuming the fields in your data are separated by commas you would SPECIFY the symbol, and use a format string something like this:

MM/DD/YY,XX,HH,LL,NAV,VV

Detailed instructions for this command are available in the online help.

Thanks for the other suggestion. We plan to provide tracability for cash transfers with "transaction notes" in the next major release.
