: Using Custom Report, I want to see my unrealized gain.

: If I bought 100 shares at $10 and actually sold at $15,
: BUT the CLOSING price on the date of sale was $16, does
: the report use my actual SELL price or the CLOSING price
: to calculate the unrealized gain?

When calculating unrealized gain, FM will use
the closing price, since you haven't sold them
yet, and this is what their value is. In your
case you said you actually sold the shares, so
on the capital gain reports they will use the
price you actually sold them for. Once you've
sold all your shares there will not be an
unrealized gain, as you've already realized
everything.

Mark
