: Mark,
: The format of my AOL file is below, 'b's don't appear they are blank. I download as a text file.
: Still can't figure it out. By the way I am using 3.4 my mistake.

: PRFDXbbb---bbbbb15.72bbb-0.03bbb---bbbbb---bbbbb---

: it is all on one line.

: I have used 'update price' as well as the AOL icon but no luck. thanks for your help.
: Rich

: : I set up my portfolio in both FM and AOL with the same 3 mutual funds, I double checked the symbol spelling. I reset the columns in AOL to the default. All I get is 'Could not update any investments'. I tried this by opening the FM portfolio and by opening the 3 mutual funds, but no luck. I just updated to FM4 and I am using AOL4. Several years ago I had this working with FM2.1 and AOL2 or 3 with no problems. I don't think I have anything set up incorrectly. Appreciate any help. Rich

Rich,
How are you downloading this file? You need to
do it as specified in FM's online help:

5. Next, save your portfolio to your hard disk. Select the "Print" button under the "Portfolio" section on the bottom of the displayed portfolio's window. A new window will be displayed with your prices. Select "File/Save As..." from the menu bar. This will present you with a dialog box allowing you to specify any path and filename for your portfolio that you choose.

If this does not solve your problem please e-mail
me the AOL portfolio file (as an attachment), and
I'll take a look.

Thanks,
Mark
