Copying Reports

I have the same investments in several account, my IRA,
my wife's IRA and a joint account. I have a portfolio
named ALL that contains them all. When reports are
produced each security lists separately. When copied
to a spreadsheet, I have to manually summarize. Is
there a way to do this within Fund Manager?
