Any way to update and/or rename memorized reports?

I'd like to add some fields to an existing memorized report, but I
can't find an option to either update the existing definition or
rename it. Lacking either of these options, I must remove the existing
report and hope I can remember/find all the items to generate a new
report with the same name as the old one. Am I missing something? If not, please consider this a request for
future enhancement. Thanks.
