I have the same problem with my Gateway. I have their Nvidia based TNT video card that is manufactured by STB. I have sent gateway an e-mail about this but have yet to hear anything. One thing I asked gateway is whether I can use drivers from the STB website intended for their retail version of the Velocity 4400. Have not heard anything yet. Another possibility is to use generic drivers from the nvidia site as my understanding is that these will work with any TNT based card.
I was wondering if you had the same video card. John Dethoff
