Report Options

I am looking for a way to change the number of shares shown in reports from the format decimal fraction with three digits to integer so that only whole shares will be reported. According to the help file (ver 3.4) there should be a menu "Report Options" where this can be done but I don´t find that menu. Does someone have an idea?
