Same Funds/Multiple portfolios

I'm evaluating ver 4.7 of FM, and I'd sure like to be able to update the prices of all of the funds at one time. I've read the tips sheet but the problem is that I have four portfolios, and many of them have the same funds. Since the file name is the same as the ticker, how can I have four of the same file names in a single directory?

Right now I have created a separate directory for each portfolio. I then have to open each one, update the prices, close it, and go on to the next one. I'm sure there's an easier way, but I haven't hit upon it yet. Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm looking forward to the release of version 5 - I was about to mail in my check for 4.7 but if it's only a week I'll hold off, unless Mark will update my copy as a courtesy. Nice program, easy to use, but I'm still getting used to it. I would have liked to see a three or four page users guide (in addition to the tutorial which was very good) to get me up and running a bit faster, and to show me how I can get the most out of this program.
