multiple positions of same stock in various portfolios

My wife and I have portfolios some of them contain same stocks. For instance I own Ericson in my retirement in my non my non retirment brokerage account as well my wife owns some in her retirment account.
Every time I want to check my own portfolio's value I also find the shares of my wife reflected in there. How can I correct this?
