Fidelity offers both "Activity" and "Position" files for download from their website in CSV format. Fund Manager can import prices, transactions, and positions, as well as reconcile with these files.

From within Fund Manager use these commands to import:
The activity file is used for importing transactions and the position file is for both price and position imports. When importing transactions, if the position file is located in the same folder as the activity file, prices will also automatically be imported, so a single import can import both transactions/prices.
Reconciling:
When reconciling, choose "Fidelity CSV Position File" as the "Statement Source" and pick your downloaded position file for the statement file.
Other Comments:
If you download an activity file for a single account the default filename provided by Fidelity should be maintained as: *_<account #>.csv where the account number is the last part of the filename. The account number is parsed from the filename in this case.
For example, a filename like: History_for_Account_111222333.csv where 111222333 is the account number.
When importing transactions you can either import a specific activity file, or all the activity files in a folder. When importing all the activity files in a folder only files with filenames matching the format: *Account*.csv will be imported. For example, filenames like: Accounts_History.csv and History_for_Account_111222333.csv will both be imported.
If you want to import transactions and prices, download both the activity and position files to the same folder before doing the transaction import. When importing transactions you only need to specify which activity file to import. Fund Manager automatically searches in the same folder where the activity file is located for a position file. It searches for filenames that match: *Positions*.csv and have the same download date as the activity file. The download date is written at the bottom of each activity/position file.
