Unable to Retrieve Prices

General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

Hi Mark.
I know FM 2022 has gone out of service but shouldn't it still be retrieving prices from quote servers? My copy was doing so until March 16. The last time I was able to retrieve a quote from any of the listed servers was March 15.
I'm running 2022.17.7.100 using quote module 583 and transaction module 260.

Hi Jim,

The last quote module for FM 2022 was 596. I believe that is still working. Since you have 583 now, you can probably fix this by updating your quote module. As you probably know, we aren't providing any more updates to FM 2020 or FM 2022 (more info). We are only providing updates to the current FM 2024 versions. However, you can still manually update your older FM 2022 to 596 by doing this:

How to manually update quote/transaction modules for FM 2020 and FM 2022:

Download the quote module

Download the transaction module

Download each DLL, go to the properties, and "Un-block" them, and then put them in the same folder with your current exe, which is probably:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Fund Manager

Start the program and verify under "Help / About..." the quote module shows version 592 and the transaction module shows version 261.
