trouble d/l prices

I have read the previous postings but can't seem to find out why I can't DL prices. I just loaded v6. I had no problems d/l prices with my previous v4. It was fast & easy. I have gone to properties and selected d/l prices. It appears that nothing happens when I select the update from internet key. I have my internet connection on but don't seem to be conecting to the server.
