Sold out stock still appears in pie chart

Running version 5.3.326. When I look at the "end shares" field relating to a stock I recently sold out of, it shows "0.000000". Yet the stock still appears in the asset allocation pie chart, albeit with value "0.00%". I expect it has something to do with the fact that the company earlier merged with another company in a share exchange so maybe I still own .000000000001 share (or something like that) and I just can't see it at 6 decimal places? I would like to get rid of it in the pie chart. Any ideas?
