'Merging' investments

I previously held the same mutual fund in 2 different 401K portfolios (different
employers). I have since rolled BOTH 401K's into a single Rollover IRA.
Does anyone have a simple method of merging the 2 existing datafiles into one?
Hopefully I don't have to re-type years of investment history!!
