Importing transations ?

Hi Mark;
I have been importing transactions for 3 years with no problems after I got it set up.
My computer got messed up & I had to reinstall windows ME, now I can't get import to work.
The registration # I had written down didn't work, would that stop a transaction import?
Could you send me my registration # again for FM & reminde me. I sent you a e-mail with the file I want to import in it if you didn't get it or lost it let me know & I will re send.
