Multiple Instances of Fund Manager

Hi Mark,

I have occasionally accidentally opened more than one instance of Fund Manager, and although I have not caused a problem yet, the potential is significant. I searched the forums and found another request to open a pop-up warning if a second instance is opened and you said you would look into it. Another possibility, which might better, would be to have a program option where we could select whether we wanted multiple instances to be allowed. I think this could prevent some problems.
