General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

Having trouble downloading prices. Getting error messages. I was using FM2018 and suspected updates were turned off. Confirmed on board.

Downloaded FM2022 and tried updates. No luck. Paid for the upgrade thinking trial version might not do online updates, still no luck. Any thoughts or things to try?

Tried WSJ and Yahoo.

Hi rm_organ,

Please let me know:

- What quote module are you using? See "Help / About..." or "Help / FM on the Web / Check for Updates...".

- What is an example ticker symbol and quote server combination that isn't working?

- How are you verifying the price didn't update?
