Hi Mark,

I don't think any fair person can do anything other than praise the incredible value of this software.

The functionality is simply incomparable to anything else out there at this price.

It's amazing that you have managed to keep this 30+ year old piece of software up to date and functioning so well with all the changes in underlying technology over the years.

However, it is, how should we say, ... looking and feeling a bit outdated.

I understand you guys are a small team (or maybe it's just you as the business owner / programmer (?) ), and I realize that to do a redesign to bring the look/feel more up to date would be really expensive, require loads of planning/design/development/retesting, etc. and you may not have a designer permanently on staff so may have to hire or outsource the skillset.

.... but, is that at all on the cards for the near future and if so, when?

Or do you plan to just continue to focus on the raw functionality, and hope people will not care so much about the older look and feel?

Thanks for the nice comments, and honest feedback. I agree with you. However, I expect going forward you will continue to see more emphasis on improving functionality and not so much on the improvement of the design style.
