Hi Mark,

Congrats for the release of FM 2020!

Mark wrote:Fixed bug where some menu commands would not work on the correct investment when in an investment based Graph window and the investment on top of the stack order was a cash investment, and graphs were set to not display cash investments

But still not fixed for me... Same as described above.

Hi Djobydjoba,

Congrats for the release of FM 2020!

Thanks.

But still not fixed for me... Same as described above.

You are using the new/official release, right? Can you see if turning on "View / Hidden Investments/Portfolios" still affects this? How about the option to not display cash type investments in graphs?
Thanks,
Mark

Yes.

No issue when "View / Hidden Investments/Portfolios" is on.

It is on. No issue when off.

FYI my cash accounts are named "* cash account" (so, prefixed with an asterisk). Don't know if it can help.

Can you give me a specific menu command that doesn't work right? For example, if you use "View / Dates..." and look in the title of the dialog box, is it showing the correct investment name?
Thanks,
Mark

Yes, it shows the correct investment name, the one displayed.

In fact I see that the date change works OK when using this dialog.

The date change doesn't work with the dropdown menu in the toolbar, and with any keyboard shortcuts.

And indeed I can confirm that when a keyboard shortcut or the dropdown menu is used to change the date range and that it does nothing to the current investment (only flickering the screen), the date range is in fact applied to the hidden top cash investment (I can see this when I activate View hidden investments)

Okay, thanks for that help. We'll have to look again at this.
Thanks,
Mark
