problems with v 9.2

i am getting the following error messages with v 9.2. I never had them with previous versions:

Could not open c:\documents and settings\Administrator\Application Data\Fund Manager\comm_dll.txt

Could not create internet output log file 'c:\documents and settings\Administrator\Application Data\Fund Manager\intlog.txt'
Please verify that you have write permission to this file, and it is not in use or locked by another application

Help please. Annoying.

Hello manageruser,

Files in this folder are used as temporary files, and Fund Manager needs write access to them. Normally this folder and files can be written. Please browse to this folder with Windows Explorer and see if you have some files in this folder with these names. Check that they are not marked as "Read-Only" by check the properties of these files. If they are marked as Read-Only, just un-check this attribute.
