Saving - Portfolio/Investments

I am not sure what this means but when I think FM9 should be saving my files, I receive the following error msg: "failure to open C:Crews_2.fmb for writing."

I am using Microsoft Vista Home.

Any advice.

Hi Norm,

Are you doing a backup using "File / Backup..."? It looks like you are just saving it to a place where you don't have write permissions. Instead of saving it directly into the C: root folder, try saving into someplace like your "My Documents" folder.
