Tax Year

I would like to request again that we have some configurable field for Tax Year. In the UK it starts 6th April so it would be good to be able to select reports by last tax year, current tax year to date as well as your current list of reporting dates.

I am forever having to type custom dates to get the reports I want and a configurable tax year field for the system woul be more convenient.

This is a second request in V10 and now in V11 so is there any chance of this being done?

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, it is possible we could add something like this. It does sound like a good idea.

Just because a feature is requested, and even if it is a good idea, this does not guarantee that we will implement it. There are many worthwhile ideas, but unfortunately we cannot always implement all of them. There are many factors that go into what/when we implement. We do not get into if or when we will implement any certain feature. We can never be sure until after it is implemented. Promising and not delivering is not good...
