Schwab accounts

Mark - its been a few weeks since I've updated the transactions at my client's Schwab account and now I'm getting a message that the transactions cannot download. i've been to the message board and see that others have had recent problems also. What should i do? Dave
I just tried again and the message I get is "failed to retrieve portfolio".

Hi dbery1975,

You'll have to make some updates to your accounts at Schwab to continue retrieving. See the instructions here.
