Hi there,
is it - or could it be made possible - to flatten the tree structure, i.e. see all investments spread across several sub-portfolios in one (sortable) list?
Thanks Matt

Hi Matt,
Yes. Use a report for this. For example, create a Portfolio Value report, and turn off sub-totals, and just list by investment. For the reporting sub-portfolio, select the top-most sub-portfolio so you will see all investments listed.
Mark,
thanks for the hint. But this way I only get Price, Number of Shares and Value and not the detailed info of the list in the POrtfolio Editor. Also I always wonder, why the report lists cannot be sorted? Or am I missing something as usual? Thanks Matt
Hi Matt,
You can do the same thing in a Custom report, and add all the fields you want, including any that are in the Portfolio Editor. I just mentioned the Portfolio Value as an example, but you can do this with any report type. You can sort a report. See the top level "Sort" menu item while viewing the report. You can sort by any field in a report, either ascending or descending.
Hi Matt,
Okay, thanks for the feedback/idea. I see how that could be convenient.
