Asset type subcategories

Hi Mark,

I would like to suggest an enhancement: It would be very helpful to be able to break down asset types into subcategories, similar to the way we can nest subportfolios. That is, instead of having an asset type for large, mid and small cap stocks which I have to add up to get my total stock allocation, it would be great to be able to set up a category called stock and then have subcategories of large, mid and small which roll up into the stock category. The same would be nice for investment goals.
