Automatic Retrieve Prices

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

The default time shown when enabling the Automatic Retrieve Frequency is 9:30 AM to 4 PM. Is that Eastern time or my local Rocky Mountain time? I want to retrieve yesterday's closing price before the market opens each day. Thanks. David
