Unable to retrieve any transactions

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

I am still using FM2022. I update transactions a couple times a month for Fidelity (multiple family accounts), Dodge and Cox (multiple), Schwab (previously TDAmeritrade), American Century. Today when I tried Fidelity (last done about 8/17) i got an error "Failed To Retrieve Portfolio". I checked each account and they all failed, with the only difference being "error: unknown dmodule" from the Schwab. I redownloaded and installed FM2022 and it made no difference.

Any thoughts on what could have gone wrong?

Hi RonB,

FM 2022 hasn't been receiving updates for a couple of years. The current transaction module is 276, and should work with all of these brokers. I'd suggest upgrading to the latest version of FM and latest transaction module. If you still have troubles when using the latest versions please let me know.
