Transaction Retrieve Log options are grayed out

Running FM 2022.17.7

I'd like to look at the transaction data sent by the brokerage (Fidelity). However the menu options for transaction retrieve logs remain grayed out. I've not been able to find a setting to enable this. Am I missing something?

Options / General Preferences... / Other / Create Log Files When Importing Transactions
