Etrade - Unable to retrieve transactions

On 11/11/2023, I tried to retrieve transactions and the Etrade OFX server is not responding. I tried 5 times on 11/11/2023 and one time on 11/12/23. I contacted Etrade and left a message. Is anyone else having a problem retrieving transactions from Etrade?
