TD Ameritrade transition to Schwab Transaction Retrieval

I had 5 accounts with TD Ameritrade that went to Schwab. Do I have to go to each of the account in Fund Manager, click get access code, log into Schwab, etc. for each account separately or is there a way to do all 5 at once?

You can just get the access code 1 time, and use that same access code in all 5 accounts. The first time you do it, make sure you select all 5 accounts on Schwab's page that asks you which accounts you want to access. You can then use copy/paste to copy that same access code inside Fund Manager to your other 4 accounts. Leave the account number blank initially, and the first time you retrieve each account with a blank account number, FM will prompt you for which account you want to retrieve from a list of available accounts for your access code.
