Vanguard transaction retrieve problem

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Hi Mark
Having difficulties with a Vanguard account transaction retrieval. I am using the latest program version and retrieval module (246).

The ofxpost log file seems to imply an incorrect account number, though there it matches what I have with Vanguard. Might I send you the log file securely?

Hi Mark,

Can you try erasing the account number in your sub-portfolio, and re-retrieving? It should prompt you with a list of available account numbers for your login. Sometimes if the account number isn't formatted exactly right, you can have a problem like this, and this should resolve it in this case.

Thanks Mark, that did the trick. I selected the account number that was displayed (which did not match what Vanguard shows me in any way, shape, or form) - and the correct transactions were shown for import.
