USEP Transaction Retrieve Throwing 404 Errors

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Hi Mark,

For USEP only, transaction retrieve started throwing a "failed to retrieve the portfolio error" which started as of last Thursday.

When I review ofxretr.log I am seeing 404 errors. Maybe something changed again? I know there was a separate error with this provider about a month ago.

Hi Jason,

I see the same problem. Their OFX server is returning 404 errors. It is something they will need to fix. I verified the same problem is seen from OFXHome and when using Quicken.

Hi Mark,

The USEP server started throwing the "failed to retrieve portfolio" error again.

When checking https://www.ofxhome.com/index.php/insti ... story/1534
the OFX service started failing back on Jul 14th. I know the website was recently upgraded. Is there anything that can be done from this side to restore the transaction retrieve functionality or it is wholly on their side?

Hi Jason,

The problem is still the same, and it is with the UESP server. It is returning 404 errors. I tested it with both FM and Quicken, and both are failing. It is something UESP will need to fix.
