Swissquote server

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Hello,

I had to setup my laptop again and therefore also to reinstall fundmanager (professional version 2020.16.4.100). Since then I have not been able to retrieve any prices from the Swissquote server (never had any problems before). Do you have any idea whether I missed something when setting up fundmanager again? Or is there a general problem with the server (log says it's working). Quote module is 556. Transaction module is 239.

Hi Ralph,

Did you make sure to get the latest quote module by using "Help / FM on the Web / Check for Updates..."? If so, and you're still unable to retrieve, please provide a sample ticker symbol you're using that won't update. I just tested it from here, and it appears to be working properly.

Hi Mark,
I checked the updates. Have the latest main program and modules. A ticker that does not work would be NESN (Nestle), another one BOSN (Bossard). I get no quotes at all from that server, neither stocks nor ETFs. Very strange. The other servers work fine.

Hi Ralph,

I just test retrieved NESN, and it worked okay from here. If you go to the site with your web browser, can you look up this quote okay? After you verify you can view the quote with your browser, can you try retrieving again, and if it still fails, email us the detailed price retrieve log file from "Help / Logs". Please try retrieving just this one symbol by right mouse clicking on it, and choosing "Retrieve Selected Price".

Hi Mark,
I can lookup the symbol in the browser on the site, however do not retrieve the price in fundmananager.
I have attached the detailed price retrieve log (hope it is the right one).

Thanks for the log file. We've made an improvement that will hopefully fix this issue. Please download quote module 557 by using "Help / FM on the Web / Check for Updates..." and give it another try.
