TIAA-CREF issue

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

For the last few weeks ~every other time I update transactions TIAA-CREF fails. The next time works so not a big deal. I looked at the raw logs and it appears to be their web page instead of data. I changed the log suffix to html and it come up as their homepage.

[hmmm... won't let me attach file. Says "possible attack vector"]

Hi Joe,

I just test retrieved a few times, and I also see the same issue. I believe this must be an issue on the OFX server end of things, as FM always retrieves with the same format/request, and this issue does not show up on other OFX servers. As one of their customers, you might contact them, and share the log files with them, to see if they can correct the problem. We don't have any special contacts there.
