Schwab Transaction Retrieve

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Postby janfl133 » Sat May 09, 2020 6:23 am

I have two accounts with Schwab, one retrieves transactions, the other does not. I created a new password with 8 digits and it did not help. I get a signon error.

Also what determines if a password is enabled?

Hi janfl133,

Do you have third party access enabled on your Schwab account? See these tips. If you still have troubles, you might ask Schwab for help, and ask for instructions on accessing with Quicken as both Quicken and Fund Manager use the same OFX interface.

I didn't understand your question about a password?
Thanks,
Mark

For what it is worth, on the Charles Schwab website the option to enable Third Party Access is under the Security Center section under the Service Tab
