E*Trade failed to receive portfolio

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

I am unable to retrieve my Etrade portfolios today, receiving a message "Failed to retrieve portfolio. Broker: E*Trade, etc.

I've used the same login credentials and process for several years and nothing has changed.

Is there a log that I can view that might help explain the issue? Likely it is an E*trade problem but any specifics on the error might be helpful in resolution.

Yes, see Help / Logs / Transaction Retrieve (Raw)...

I checked the log and and it appears to be empty after trying to retrieve transactions from E*trade. No data is contained in the ofxretr.txt file.

Please wait a while, and see if the problem isn't resolved after a while. Let us know if the problem persists.
