Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

For the last two months the contributions made to SIMPLE IRAs no longer post to Fund Manager - Advisor Version. We have to manually post these.

Neither the employer or employee contributions post.

Can you look into this?

Hi gcm223,

Are you retrieving from Schwab using the transaction retrieve feature, or are you importing from CRS*.TRN files from Schwab Data Delivery?

Hi gcm223,

Try opening up one of your CRS*.TRN files that should have one of these transactions, and see if it is listed. You can open these in any text editor, like Notepad. If the transaction is listed in your .TRN file, but isn't importing, please email me a sample .TRN file where this is the case.
