I keep getting WinInet error 12019 during price update

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

After a spate of update errors with Morningstar.co.uk I am now getting the above error. It did work yesterday morning.

I am using 2018.15.0.100, Quote 521, Transaction 230.

I wonder if Morningstar are changing their website to stop 'free' access for third party software ?

Hi tymieniecki,

I just tested retrieving from "Morningstar UK - Unit Trusts" and it worked correctly. That error message sounds more like something unusual happened with FM's connection. Can you try exiting and re-starting Fund Manager. You might also see if you are able to browse to the Morningstar site okay. If that fails, try re-starting your computer.
