Hi Andrea,

What exact version of Fund Manager are you using? See "Help / About...".

Hi Andrea,

Please download the latest version, 2016.14.14. After installing this, do a "Help / FM on the Web / Check For Updates...". When done you should have 2016.14.14 with quote module 517. This should resolve this issue.
Thanks,
Mark

Hi alciati,

I see the same problem with WSJ. The site isn't downloading quotes as it used to. It doesn't work with a web browser either, so we will need to wait and see if WSJ fixes this.
Thanks,
Mark

Hi Mark,

I am getting the same error as well trying to pull historical information from Yahoo (Yahoo (Historical)). Could it have anything to do with the merger with Verizon?

Installed
Main Program: 2016.14.14.100
Quote Module: 517
Transaction Module: 224

Thanks,

Jason

Hi Jason,

Which error exactly? The "GETTING CRUMB" status is normal. If you're getting 12156, then check to make sure cookies are enabled in Internet Explorer on your system.
Thanks,
Mark

You are correct. I saw the getting CRUMB in the status but the error was 12156. That fixed it. I think something changed at Yahoo recently as I had not accepted cookies before and it has been working.

Thanks again for an excellent product!

Jason

Hi Jason,

You are right, the requirements for cookies with Yahoo is a fairly recent change.
Thanks,
