Hi reddragon,

What version of Fund Manager and quote module are you using? What quote server are you retrieving from?
Thanks,
Mark

Can you right mouse click on a single investment that normally updates, and choose "Retrieve Selected Historical Prices". Pick a date range for the last month. If it fails, please email us your log files:

intlog.txt, intlog2.txt, and intlog3.txt

which will be located in this hidden directory:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Fund Manager
Thanks,
Mark

Hi reddragon,

Use File Explorer (or Windows Explorer) to browse to the location:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Fund Manager

If you're using Windows 10, under the "View" tab, make sure you check "Hidden Items", so you can see this path. The "AppData" folder is hidden, so you have to turn on the display of hidden items to see it, so you can go into it.

I've just sent you an email, so you can reply to that, and attach those 3 log files. If you need more help, please just call our office.
Thanks,
Mark

Hi reddragon,

Our office number is available by clicking on the "Contact Us" link in the top/right corner of any page on our website. Our office is closed for vacation this week however, so we will not be able to provide phone support until Monday. We can still try to help you by email or forum though.
Thanks,
Mark

Can you right mouse click on a single investment that normally updates, and choose "Retrieve Selected Historical Prices". Pick a date range for the last month. I was able to do this and retrieve updated pricing. I still can not do it for the entire portfolio in a single account all at once. It stops at the 27th day of the month for some reason. Any Ideas?

Hi reddragon,

Yes, you can do selected investments this way. How exactly is it stopping at the 27th day of the month? Does some error happen, or do you just not see pricing after the 27th? If so, how are you viewing the pricing?
Thanks,
Mark

Actually I just ran pricing for January and the pricing stopped at January 30th. Did not get January 31st.

Hi reddragon,

I am not able to reproduce this problem. I did a test retrieve for Jan, and it retrieved all dates in January (except weekends). How are you verifying the price did not retrieve for a particular date? Please use the Data Register, and the data type of "Prices". Make sure you are sorting the list view by Date so you can verify the recorded prices.
Thanks,
Mark

Yes, I did that for February and again it pulled in all prices for the 5 positions I have up to February 27th. So the date I need the 28th is not there. It must be something simple I am not doing. When I ran it I made sure to run entire month. No Idea

Thanks for everything I figured it out. When I run pricing I need to run all the way through the month. Examples 01/01/2017 - 02/01/2017 gives me the the last day of month.
